Cancellation Policy
Full Set Lash Appointments:
• Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
• If you cancel within 48 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.
• No-call, no-show, same day will result in a 100% charge to the card on file.
All Other Appointments:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.
• No-call, no-show, same day will result in a 100% charge to the card on file.
